What type of projects do you usually take on?
We work on full website projects, website design, Webflow and custom development, redesigns, Figma-to-Webflow builds, CMS architecture, landing pages, migrations and SEO/AEO setup. Most of our work is for B2B companies across technology, professional services, industry, logistics, property and other expertise-led sectors.

Do you only work with B2B companies?
B2B is our primary focus, but it is not a strict limitation. We also work with selected healthcare, wellness, hospitality, ecommerce, real estate and creative brands when the project is a strong fit for our expertise and approach.

How much does a website project usually cost?
The final price depends on the scope, number of pages, design complexity, CMS structure, development approach, integrations and timeline. After reviewing the project, we provide a clear estimate before work begins. Most larger projects are quoted as a fixed scope, while smaller updates and ongoing work can be handled hourly.

How long does a typical project take?
A focused landing page can take around 1-2 weeks. A full website usually takes 4-8 weeks, depending on the number of pages, content readiness, design complexity, CMS needs, development approach and feedback speed. More technically complex custom projects may take longer. We confirm the timeline before the project starts.

Can you work with an existing design in Figma?
Yes. If your Figma design is ready, we can take it through development, responsive implementation, CMS setup, interactions, QA and launch. Depending on the project, that may mean Webflow or a custom development stack. If the design needs structural or UX improvements first, we can review it and recommend what should be adjusted.

Can you redesign our current website while protecting existing SEO?
Yes, but it needs to be handled carefully. Before launch, we review the existing URLs, page structure, metadata, headings, redirects, content hierarchy and indexation setup. The goal is to improve the website while preserving important SEO signals and avoiding unnecessary migration risks.

What do you need from us to start?
We usually need your current website or design files, brand assets, existing content, key goals, technical requirements and any references you find useful. For custom projects, access to the current stack, CMS or relevant technical documentation may also be needed. If some materials are missing, we can help define what needs to be prepared first.

How does the payment process work?
Once the scope, timeline and price are approved, we request a 50% advance payment to start the project. The remaining 50% is paid after final approval and before the final handoff or production launch. Any different payment structure is confirmed in the project proposal before work begins.

How do revisions work?
We share the work at each key stage for review and approval. Most projects include up to two revision rounds per key stage within the agreed scope. Once a stage is approved, major changes to that approved work may be treated as additional scope.

Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. After launch, we can continue helping with new pages, CMS updates, design improvements, integrations, SEO, analytics, performance checks and general website maintenance. Support can be handled as individual tasks or as an ongoing collaboration.
