The legacy domain igorev.pro may redirect visitors to the current Website.

In this Privacy Policy, "Igorev Agency", "we", "us", and "our" refer to PE ZELENKO YANA operating under the trade name "Igorev Agency". We are registered in Ukraine and act as the data controller for the personal data described in this Privacy Policy, unless stated otherwise.

This Privacy Policy is intended to reflect applicable privacy and data-protection principles, including the General Data Protection Regulation where it applies to visitors or clients in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other relevant jurisdictions.

2. Personal Data We Collect

We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide through the Website, including project inquiry data, file uploads, email communications, and meeting booking data.

Project inquiry data may include the service you are looking for, project budget range, project overview, name, email address, optional file uploads, and information you choose to provide in the form.

Meeting booking data through Cal.com may include your name, email address, selected meeting time, scheduling information, and any notes or answers you submit during booking.

Depending on your consent choices and the services you use, we may also collect technical and usage data such as IP address, device information, browser type, pages visited, referring pages, approximate location, interaction data, traffic source, UTM parameters, booking or inquiry conversion events, consent preferences, and similar Website usage information.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data such as health information, political opinions, religious beliefs, biometric data, or other sensitive personal data. You should not submit such information unless it is necessary and you are authorized to provide it.

3. Sources of Personal Data

We collect personal data directly from you when you submit a form, upload a file, book a meeting, contact us by email, or otherwise communicate with us.

We may also receive technical, analytics, consent, map, scheduling, and infrastructure data from services used on the Website, including Webflow, Cloudflare, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Consent Pro, Mapbox, and Cal.com.

4. How We Use Personal Data

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, review potential projects, prepare proposals, communicate with potential and existing clients, schedule meetings, evaluate uploaded files, operate and secure the Website, provide interactive Website functionality, understand Website usage, attribute leads to traffic sources, improve Website content and user experience, maintain internal records, protect our legal rights, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not currently use Website inquiry data for newsletter subscriptions or automated email marketing because we do not operate an email newsletter or automated marketing mailing list through the Website.

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on one or more legal bases depending on the processing activity.

Technical and security data necessary for Website operation may be processed based on our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and maintaining the Website.

Analytics, performance, lead-attribution, personalization, and similar non-essential technologies are processed based on consent where applicable law requires consent.

We may process certain records when necessary to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

6. Project Inquiry Forms and File Uploads

If you submit a project inquiry or upload a file, we process that information for the purpose of reviewing your inquiry, understanding your project, responding to you, and deciding whether the project may be a suitable fit.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share uploaded files and that they do not contain unlawful content, malicious code, unnecessary personal data, or confidential third-party information that you are not authorized to disclose.

7. Analytics, Traffic Attribution, and Consent

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the Website, measure traffic and interactions, and track important Website events such as project inquiries and booked calls.

We use Consent Pro to display and manage the cookie consent interface, categorize trackers, store consent choices, and control non-essential services. We also use Google Consent Mode v2 as part of our Google analytics setup.

The Website also uses first-party local storage for lead attribution. A record named igorev_attribution may store traffic source, medium, UTM campaign, UTM content, UTM term, initial landing page, referrer, and a timestamp so that a later project inquiry or booked call can be attributed to the source that brought the visitor to the Website. This record is configured with an internal retention period of approximately 30 days.

8. Interactive Map and Mapbox

The Interactive Map page uses Mapbox GL JS. The Mapbox integration is currently configured to load only after analytics consent is granted.

When the map loads, Mapbox may receive technical data such as IP address, browser or device information, map session information, requested map resources, and usage telemetry. Mapbox GL JS may also use browser storage and caching to provide map functionality and performance.

9. Meeting Booking and Cal.com

The Book a Call page uses an embedded Cal.com scheduling interface. Cal.com processes booking information needed to provide the scheduling service, which may include name, email address, meeting time, answers or notes submitted during booking, and technical usage data.

Cal.com may use cookies or similar technologies for session, security, and preference functionality. Some Cal.com preference storage may be categorized as personalization or functional storage by the Website's consent management system.

10. Third-Party Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to host and deliver the Website, secure network traffic, process inquiry forms, analyze Website performance, manage consent, provide map functionality, and schedule meetings.

Relevant providers may include Webflow, Cloudflare, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Consent Pro, Mapbox, Cal.com, email service providers, and other operational tools used in the ordinary course of business.

We also link to external platforms such as LinkedIn, Clutch, and Dribbble. These links do not by themselves load those platforms as Website trackers. If you visit those services, their own privacy policies and terms apply.

11. Where Personal Data Is Stored and Processed

Project inquiry data may be stored in Webflow and delivered to our email inbox. Meeting booking data may be processed through Cal.com. Analytics data may be processed by Google. Consent choices and consent-related records may be processed by Consent Pro. Interactive map data and telemetry may be processed by Mapbox. Hosting and technical request data may be processed by Webflow, Cloudflare, and their infrastructure providers.

We do not currently use a dedicated customer relationship management system for Website inquiries.

12. International Data Transfers

Because we are registered in Ukraine and use international service providers, personal data may be processed in Ukraine, the European Economic Area, the United States, or other countries where relevant providers operate.

Where required by applicable law, we rely on applicable vendor transfer mechanisms, contractual safeguards, and other lawful measures intended to protect personal data during international processing and transfers.

13. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business records, managing potential or active client relationships, complying with legal obligations, and protecting our rights.

If an inquiry does not lead to a project, we may retain related communications and submitted materials for a reasonable period for follow-up and business record purposes, unless you request deletion and we are not legally required or otherwise permitted to retain the data.

The Website's first-party lead-attribution record is configured for an internal retention period of approximately 30 days. Other analytics, consent, booking, map, hosting, and infrastructure data are retained according to our settings, applicable legal requirements, and the retention practices of the relevant providers.

14. How We Protect Personal Data

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, secure third-party platforms, limited internal access, consent controls, and appropriate operational safeguards.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of personal data submitted through the Website.
