About
New Heritage Recruiters needed a solid online presence to clearly communicate their staffing services and support multiple audiences, including healthcare facilities and medical professionals. At the time, there was no structured website that could properly represent the company’s scope, experience, and credibility. The project was built on a professional Webflow template, chosen to balance speed, consistency, and scalability. The focus was not on visual experimentation, but on adapting the template to the real business logic of a healthcare recruitment agency.

Adapting the template to the business
The template served as a foundation, but required careful restructuring. Navigation, page hierarchy, and section logic were adjusted so users could easily understand the services, explore open positions, and reach out without friction.
Several sections were reorganized or simplified to better reflect how New Heritage Recruiters works with both clinicians and facilities. Content flow was refined to support trust and clarity, which is especially important in healthcare staffing.
Webflow development and CMS setup
The site was developed entirely in Webflow with attention to clean structure and long-term maintainability. CMS collections were configured to allow the team to manage dynamic content such as blog posts, FAQs, and case-related materials without technical involvement.
The class system and layout logic were kept consistent, making future updates predictable and safe.
Responsive behavior and technical quality
Responsive behavior was refined across breakpoints to ensure readability and usability on desktop, tablet, and mobile. The layout scales fluidly while preserving hierarchy and spacing.
Basic SEO setup was implemented during development, including proper heading structure, metadata, and clean page markup. Performance and technical hygiene were treated as baseline requirements rather than optional additions.
Results
The final result is a multi-page business website built on a template foundation, adapted to New Heritage Recruiters’ operational needs and ready to support ongoing content growth.
